The PARI BABY Mask is an accessory for nebulizer therapy and allows the inhalation of aerosols through the mouth and nose.
Mask sizes and age ranges (approximate values):
- Size 0: Premature infants from 2.5 kg
- Size 1: Babies from 0 to 1 year
- Size 2: Babies and toddlers from 1 to 3 years
- Size 3: Children from 3 years
Note: The actual mask size depends on the patient’s facial shape. The mask may only be used with PARI nebulizers.
Areas of use:
- At home: For a single patient; no patient change.
- Professional facilities: Patient change is possible if the appropriate reprocessing measures are observed.
Instructions for use:
- Only suitable for persons who breathe independently and are conscious.
- When used in a lying position, the PARI BABY Angle must always be used.
- Persons who cannot self-administer therapy must be supervised by a responsible person. This particularly applies to:
- Babies, toddlers, children
- Persons with physical, mental, or sensory impairments
