The 22 cm-wide Saljol carbon Rollator Walker folds lengthwise with one hand and can then be stored compactly. Integrated tipping aids on both sides, located at the end of the frame level with the rear wheels, make it easy to overcome curbs. The wheels, which are especially good at absorbing shocks and vibrations, handle uneven surfaces such as cobblestones well. Your wrists and shoulders will thank you.

The pronounced tread on the soft Super Soft All-Terrain tires provides extra grip on gravel or grass. These are the tires fitted to your Saljol Carbon Rollator Walker. Smooth in the center of the tread for strong braking power and patterned at the edges for greater stability and lateral support on soft ground. They are sized to keep dirt from sticking and being carried inside. They make a good impression, as the tread features the floral elements of the SALJOL logo. Because soft, non-slip tires wear more easily, just like your car’s winter tires, changing them is very easy and completely safe, using two screws.

The 28 reflectors make the Saljol Rollator Walker visible from every direction in road traffic at night.

Elegantly coordinated, with the carbon-fiber pattern visible on the frame, cognac-colored faux leather on the bag, and hypoallergenic, skin-friendly natural cork on the shock-absorbing, ergonomically shaped handles. The cork handle provides a good grip even with wet hands. When muscle strength wanes, simply take a seat on the Rollator Walker's soft carbon seat. Your personal bench is always with you, right where you need it.

The one-handed grip bag is expertly made and has a transparent compartment on the top of the lid for your smartphone, so your navigation system is always within reach. The faux leather flap closes with a magnet and can be operated with one hand while the other rests securely on the Rollator Walker's cork handle. On the sides, you'll find mesh pockets for drinks or your newspaper. The inside of the bag is light-colored and has three additional compartments for organizing and shopping. Areas of use

Pushing and supporting yourself

Are your handles at wrist height? Do your elbows pull slightly back when you push? When pushing and leaning on it for support, it’s important to set the Carbon Rollator Walker as upright as possible by adjusting the cork handles to the right height. If it “wobbles” or you feel slightly dizzy, you can lean on the push handles. The Rollator Walker supports up to 150 kg, and its nonslip handles provide a secure grip even for nervous users.

Different paths and roads

The Saljol Carbon Rollator Walker is suitable for everyday indoor and outdoor use. Its double-layer rubber coating makes it run much more quietly on asphalt than similar models. On unpaved paths, its soft tires absorb bumps as effectively as pneumatic tires.

In rain and wet conditions, brakes can easily “slip”! The Saljol gear system works in all weather and provides an additional safety brake, for example on wet surfaces.

Sitting and resting

“Grandpa” can no longer use his valid excuses to avoid “a longer walk.” Soft wheels absorb the bumps on that dreaded rough path, and the cork handle provides a good grip even with wet hands. And when his strength starts to fade, he can simply take a seat on the soft Rollator Walker seat. It’s the perfect personal park bench, always close at hand.

For a higher seating position and added safety, Saljol recommends the adjustable, contoured backrest strap.

Shopping

A suitably equipped and safe Rollator Walker can support independence and encourage walking, making it easier to do the weekly grocery shopping - often THE place to socialize.

Going downhill

Imagine this situation: You have a mobility impairment. You’re going down a steep ramp with a full shopping basket in your Rollator Walker! At the start of the ramp, you apply the brake, but have to keep releasing it... the Rollator Walker pulls you downhill....

The Saljol gear system helps ease the situation! Like engine braking when driving downhill and shifting into a lower gear, the gear system brakes the Carbon Rollator Walker at both rear wheels. It effectively takes on some of the load and helps you travel downhill safely.

Going uphill

When going uphill, the rider is supported by the low weight of just 5.6 kg and the innovative drag brake. The drag brake ensures the Rollator Walker remains easy to control at all times, even on steep slopes.

The so-called “gear shift” isn’t a conventional bicycle gear shift, but a mechanism that adjusts the drag brake. It lets you customize the braking force so the Rollator Walker stays safe and stable. Similar to hill-start assist in modern cars, this feature prevents the Rollator Walker from rolling backward when stopping or moving forward slowly. This provides not only a high level of safety, but also comfort and reliability for the user.

Getting over curbs and thresholds

To minimize risk and make it easier to get over curbs and thresholds, Saljol has integrated extra-flat tipping aids by the rear wheels, within easy reach of your feet. Your foot only needs to move a minimal distance, making this safer than with conventional Rollator Walkers. Public transport

Rollator Walkers are allowed on public transport. However, they must not be used as a seat on the bus. We recommend parking the carbon Rollator Walker in the multipurpose area with the parking brake engaged, and finding a seat facing the direction of travel.

Tip! With a folded width of just 22 cm, it doesn’t take up much space and can be parked beside you.

By the way: The safest way to get off is backward, with one hand on the bus and the other on the Rollator Walker.

Parking and loading

Simply press down on the two easy-to-use brake levers on the left and right of the handle. The Rollator Walker will stay securely in place.

For transport in a car, Saljol recommends folding the carbon fiber Rollator Walker to a width of 22 cm. That way, it fits even in the smallest trunk.

Travel

The compact size of the Saljol Carbon Rollator Walker makes it ideal for travel. It’s quick to set up and fold away. When traveling by car, make sure to secure the Rollator Walker properly and don’t stack heavy items on the carbon frame.

Tip! Inform the airline that you’ll be bringing your Rollator Walker. Most airlines transport your Rollator Walker free of charge.

At home

93% of older people live in their own homes. Their houses or apartments are often very cramped, so the Rollator Walker has to be maneuvered in tight spaces. Holding the Rollator Walker in one hand while opening the door with the other is less safe than having a sturdy, maneuverable indoor Rollator Walker like the indoor Rollator Walker.

What is the statutory warranty?

If the purchased item is defective, the statutory provisions governing liability for defects apply. Please contact Gorilla Gesund immediately, and we will handle communication with the manufacturer, Saljol.

Any apparent defects must be reported in writing within ten days of delivery, and hidden defects within ten days of their discovery. The above deadlines are exclusion periods.
