The CarePlus nursing overall was specifically developed for the demanding care of patients with dementia and represents a valuable aid for caregivers. Particularly, dementia patients often exhibit a strong urge to undress themselves, which is not only an inappropriate behavior but also poses health risks. If this behavior goes unaddressed, it can have serious consequences. The patient may not recognize that it is necessary to get dressed again or may no longer be able to do so independently. This can lead to a dangerous cooling of the body, which in turn can result in health complications. Furthermore, patients with dementia who suffer from incontinence tend to pull out their incontinence materials and smear them with feces. This not only presents a significant hygiene problem but also an enormous burden for the caregiver. Restless patients often also exhibit the behavior of tearing their clothing, which brings additional challenges to caregiving.

The CarePlus suprima nursing overall is a reliable solution made from tear-resistant, breathable material that makes it difficult for the patient to access their incontinence material. The double-reinforced seams ensure that even self-aggressive patients cannot remove the overall independently. This minimizes the risk of the patient undressing themselves and removing the incontinence material, thereby avoiding hygiene problems and health risks. A particularly practical design feature is the diagonally running zipper on the back. This prevents pressure points on the spine and ensures that the overall does not have to be pulled over the head, which is a relief for both the patient and the nursing staff.

The care overall is available in various closure options. Here, one can choose between a safety button on the back zipper and elastic cuffs for the arms and legs or adjustable eyelets for magnetic locks. The latter allows for individual adjustment of the width at the arms and legs, ensuring an optimal fit. For children, the care overall is only available with a safety button and elastic cuffs. The material of the overall is only partially bite-resistant, so with appropriate caution, a certain resistance to aggressive behaviors is also ensured.
