- Visual cue for increasing stride length
- Tactile cue for a steady walking rhythm
- Breaking through gait freezes

This Rollator Walker is designed for patients with certain neurological conditions, such as Parkinson’s disease. Several stimuli are available to help you take the first or next step or maintain a specific walking rhythm.
This sturdy Parkinson’s Rollator Walker helps prevent falls that could occur due to balance problems, while its cues help overcome rigid or ingrained walking patterns. A projected laser line can prompt you to break through a freeze, while a metronome tone or repeating vibration in the handles helps set your walking pace.
The Rollz Motion Rhythm for a smooth walking rhythm
The Rollz Motion Rhythm is a Rollator Walker specially designed for people with neurological gait disorders.
Whether you
- have an irregular walking rhythm that is too slow or too fast.
- have foot drop.
- your stride length is shortened.
- simply stop walking.
- stop walking and tap your feet in place.
You can activate up to three cues on the Rollator Walker to improve your gait. A green laser line lighting up in front of your Rollator Walker prompts you to lift your foot over the line. This can increase your stride length and also encourages you to lift your foot. Rhythmic sounds prompt you to increase or decrease your walking speed, helping you achieve a smoother walking rhythm. You can also reinforce the sounds with rhythmic vibrations in the handles. These vibrations also encourage you to maintain a smooth, regular walking rhythm.
Ask your occupational therapist or physical therapist about the right settings. The cues can be easily incorporated into walking exercises. And with the help of the Rollz app, your therapist can adjust the settings on your Rollz Motion Rhythm, even while you're doing the walking exercises. This allows the cues to be optimally matched to your walking rhythm. The app is available for Android and coming soon to iOS.
With the wheelchair package and footrest set as accessories, you can also use the Rollz Motion Rhythm as a rollator wheelchair.

Overcoming freezing of gait.
Cues are designed to attract attention and prompt action
People with Parkinson’s may experience sudden, brief, temporary episodes in which they are unable to move their feet forward, even though they intend to walk. This can result in the characteristic appearance of rapid stepping movements in place. This can be overcome with a trigger or cue on the Parkinson’s Rollator Walker.
Unique combination
No two people with Parkinson’s are alike, so how could one rollator work for everyone?
The three cues of the Parkinson’s Rollator Walker can be combined in different ways and activated or deactivated while on the move. So you always have the right cue at the right moment.
Each signal can also be precisely adjusted to suit individual needs in terms of speed, intensity, and duration. This allows everyone with Parkinson’s to use the device at their own pace.

App for Rollz Motion Rhythm
Preventing habituation
The Rollz app allows the signals to be personalized even further. Some people with Parkinson’s may become habituated when they encounter the same repetitive signals over time. They can still see, hear, or feel the signals, but no longer respond to them.
As a countermeasure, the metronome pitch and signal activation can be mixed in the app to create a random pattern. Variation and unpredictability prevent habituation.
The Rollz Parkinson’s Rollator Walker app is free for Android and iOS and very easy to use.

Customizable
Advanced, intelligent cue control
In addition to changing the combination of speed and cues, which can also be adjusted on the Parkinson’s Rollator Walker itself, the app also allows users to change the intensity, duration, and predictability of the cues. These variables can easily be tailored to the user’s preferences.
The patient can adjust the settings based on their own experience or according to their therapy program. If a therapist is involved, the settings can be tailored precisely to the patient's training goals.

Wireless
Phone synchronization
The app can be used to synchronize the signals with the Rollator Walker. While the smartphone is wirelessly connected to the Rollz Motion Rhythm, it can vibrate and/or play the metronome along with the Parkinson's Rollator Walker to increase the intensity of the signals.
The signals can also be played on the smartphone only. This allows headphones to be connected so the metronome can be heard with less distraction. When this feature is used, people around the user will not notice that the signal is on.
Features
Especially stable and comfortable
The Rollz Motion Rhythm, a special version of the Rollz Motion, is also an extremely maneuverable Rollator Walker that offers unparalleled stability. The large wheels overcome obstacles with ease, and a folding mechanism allows the Parkinson's Rollator Walker to be transported compactly.
All Rollz Motion Rollator Walkers can be converted into a Rollz Motion Rhythm by adding the Rhythm module and replacing the handles. This means the Rollz Motion Rhythm is available in all five elegant colors of the Rollz Motion and Rollz Motion Performance.

Accessories
Additional lasers, drag brakes, wheelchair attachment.
The Rollz Motion Rhythm Parkinson's Rollator Walker can be equipped with two additional lasers. The projected lines then sweep left or right to help the user walk around a curve.
Some patients experience festination, which causes their walking speed to increase. Drag brakes regulate the Rollator Walker's speed and improve safety.
The wheelchair attachment lets you convert the Rollz Motion Rhythm from a Rollator Walker into a wheelchair in just 30 seconds. This is ideal when the user gets tired and would like to be pushed.
