The ECOFIT PLUS is a nursing bed with solid wood paneling that impresses with its particularly homely character. It is also available as a LOW version to prevent falls.

We can hire a local moving company near your home to transport the nursing bed from the curb to your room, according to your wishes.

This solution is significantly more cost-effective than the standard home delivery service, which usually costs an additional €200 from many care bed providers.

The care bed weighs approximately 80 kg, but can also be transported by one person if the package is opened and the parts are carried individually. As shown in the video below, the components are easy to transport and assemble.

Characteristics:

• The ECOFIT PLUS has a 4-part steel strip lying surface 90 x 200 cm with mattress guide on the head and foot sections.
• The electric height adjustment of the bed varies between 385 mm and 810 mm and enables individual adjustment for optimal entry and exit as well as for human care.
• The model ECOFIT PLUS normal Version has a height adjustment range of 385 mm to 810 mm.
• The ECOFIT PLUS LOW model has a height adjustment range of 220 mm to 645 mm and is therefore ideal for fall prevention.
• The maximum allowable weight is 185kg, while the safe working load is a maximum of 220kg.
• The backrest is electrically adjustable and can be tilted up to an angle of 70°, while the thigh rest can be tilted up to 30° to provide the patient with a customized comfort position.
• Assembling the bed requires no tools and is easy to carry out. It is also easy to maintain and prepare.
• The ECOFIT PLUS is particularly stable and the 115 mm high wooden side rails allow the use of mattresses up to 20 cm high.
• The bed's high-quality wooden paneling has guide rails for the side rails and the steel bed frame is painted in RAL 9023 (pearl dark grey).

Additional features

• The care bed has a mechanically adjustable foot elevation that can be adjusted to 5 positions to increase the patient's comfort.
• The 4 x 100 mm castors can be individually locked to increase the mobility of the care bed.
• For patient safety, the nursing bed is equipped with a 24 volt power supply.
• In the event of a power failure, the care bed can be lowered emergency using a 9 volt battery.
• The hand switch is equipped with first error protection and a locking function to avoid incorrect operation.
• A patient stand up to a weight of 80 kg is available to support the patient in standing up.
• The care bed has a protection class IPX 4 to ensure protection against the ingress of liquids.

Optional equipment:

• By extending the bed by 20 cm, the bed can be adapted to individual needs.
• The Trendelenburg/Anti-Trendelenburg function enables an inclined lying surface for better blood circulation or breathing of the patient.
• The side rail pads increase comfort and prevent injuries from touching the hard rails.
• There is a choice between wooden side rails with beech decor or aluminum.
• The side rails are equipped with a safety release to prevent accidental opening and ensure patient safety.
