Suprima CarePlus nursing overall is particularly suitable for the challenging care of patients with dementia. Dementia patients, in particular, have a strong urge to undress themselves. If this goes unnoticed, it can have serious consequences. The care recipient often does not realize that it is necessary to get dressed again, or may no longer be able to do so alone. This can lead to body cooling and further health problems. Additionally, patients with dementia who are incontinent tend to remove their incontinence materials and use them uncontrollably. Restless patients also often tear their clothing.
The Suprima CarePlus nursing overall is made from a durable and breathable material. The seams are double reinforced, making it nearly impossible for self-harming patients to undress themselves and access the incontinence material. A practical, diagonally running zipper at the back prevents pressure points on the spine and ensures that the overall does not have to be pulled over the head.
The care overall is available in various closure options. You can choose between a safety button on the back zipper and elastic cuffs for the arms and legs, or adjustable eyelets for magnetic fasteners. The eyelets can be individually adjusted on the arms and legs. The care overall for children is only offered with a safety button and elastic cuffs. The material is only partially bite-resistant.
