- TOPRO Ergo Grip is a unique ergonomic handle that makes it easier for the user to stand up from a seated position. It also offers a comfortable armrest and various holding positions when standing and resting.

7 years Topro warranty
For 7 years, customers who have purchased a TOPRO Rollator Walker receive all replacement and wear parts free of charge. The only requirement is annual maintenance of the Rollator Walker at the VIDIMA medical supply store. Maintenance is documented in a logbook—similar to a car’s service book. If something on the Rollator Walker is defective or worn, VIDIMA provides the spare parts free of charge and restores the Rollator Walker to working order.
TOPRO is thus the first Rollator Walker provider to offer such comprehensive service. In addition to a 7-year warranty on all Rollator Walkers, free spare parts have been available since 2017. This also applies retroactively to Rollator Walkers purchased before this policy was introduced.
This policy applies for 7 years from the date of purchase and covers all TOPRO Pegasus, TOPRO Troja 5G, TOPRO Olympos ATR, TOPRO Troja Classic, TOPRO Troja Neuro, TOPRO Odyssé models—even if they were purchased before 2020.

• Make sure to receive the maintenance logbook when purchasing your TOPRO Rollator Walker.
• Please observe the maintenance intervals: your Rollator Walker must be checked once a year at a participating medical supply store, and the maintenance must be documented in the logbook.
• For Rollator Walkers purchased before 2020, the maintenance logbook is available upon request during your next visit to the VIDIMA medical supply store.
