The PARI BOY Classic is the successor to the Turbo Boy SX

The inhaler is quickly ready for use. The scope of delivery includes: the compressor, the PARI Sprint nebulizer, which in turn consists of the lower and upper parts of the nebulizer, as well as the blue nozzle attachment, a mouthpiece and the sufficiently long hose.

After assembling the nebulizer from four parts and connecting the hose to the compressor and nebulizer, you can “park” the nebulizer in a holder on the compressor. After opening the lid of the nebulizer, the inhalation solution can be filled. When the lid of the nebulizer is closed again, the device is ready for inhalation.

The PARI BOY Classic is created for users who value short inhalation times and who need the active ingredient in the lungs.

To ensure short inhalation times, a high pressure of 1.6 bar and therefore a powerful compressor are necessary. It is obvious that such a powerful compressor tends to be louder than weaker models. That's why PARI has invested a lot of effort in effective noise dampening and has been successful because the Classic is 20% quieter than its predecessor, the Turbo BOY SX.

The blue insert is included with the LC Sprint nebulizer. This creates particles so small that they and the active ingredients reach the lungs. Small particles lead to an increase in the time required for inhalation. The blue nozzle achieves an optimal compromise between the requirements: respirable particles, short inhalation time and good noise insulation.

For a nebulizer with a compressor, the volume of 54dB (manufacturer's information) is very low. The respect for the performance of the PARI product developers and engineers becomes even greater when you compare the pressure of the compressor with that of other, quieter competing compressors. The PARI compressor creates a significantly higher pressure, which is an important point when it comes to the inhalation time and the size of the aerosol particles.

Between 2 and 8 milliliters fit into the LC Sprint nebulizer. The particle size (MMAD) with the blue nozzle attachment is 3.8 µm. The respirable fraction or the lung-passable fraction is almost 62%. This means that this portion has a diameter of less than 5 µm. 22% of the aerosol has a diameter of less than 2 µm. This leaves around 40% between 2 µm and 5 µm. The focus of treatment is on respiratory diseases such as: B. chronic or acute bronchitis or asthma (without severe obstruction).

Breathing speed is important so that the small particles can reach the lungs. If you breathe too quickly, the particles are thrown onto the walls of the airways at an early stage.

The integrated training tool (PIF Control) limits the speed when inhaling. If the user inhales too quickly, resistance builds up, indicating that the breathing rate should be reduced. In this way, the user very quickly learns the ideal breathing technique. Thanks to PIF Control, the quality of inhalation is ensured because the inhaler can hardly be used incorrectly. PIF Control makes it easier to achieve the optimal result when inhaling.
