Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can cancel the contract within 30 days without giving reasons. To do this, please send the package to our warehouse in suitable packaging.
Note: Please note that you must return any item in the condition in which you received it. This means that new items must also be new, unused and complete when you return them. Used items must not show any additional signs of wear or damage. This also applies to the packaging. Please unpack the package carefully and do not tape it excessively when returning it. Otherwise, a full refund cannot be guaranteed.
