To do this, you need to lightly press or press up on the red lever on the rear wheels with your foot, so you can switch the rolling resistance on or off. The running speed can be reduced by switching gears on the rear wheels.

Safe and useful for downhill rides or neurological illnesses where the Saljol Carbon Rollator is at risk of being pushed forward. The gear shift is useful for all users who find the rollator too fast.

It is easy to operate using two red foot pedals located on the right and left of the rear wheel. Similar to an engine brake when driving downhill and downshifting to the next lower gear, the gear shift on the two rear wheels brakes your carbon rollator. It takes over some of the leadership and helps you ride downhill safely.

Carbon rollators have special tires that come very close to the comfort of pneumatic tires and are still puncture-proof. Here the shocks are cushioned and not transmitted directly to the hands. This results in less muscle soreness in the upper extremities. In addition, special push handles made of cork also prevent transfer and are therefore even more gentle.

Overcoming curbs and thresholds

In order to minimize the risk and make it easier to overcome curbs and thresholds, Saljol has integrated extra-flat tipping aids on the rear wheels that are ergonomically accessible for the feet. Public transportation

Rollators are allowed on public transport. However, the rollator may not be used as a seat on the bus. We recommend parking the carbon rollator on the multi-purpose area in the bus with the parking brake on and finding a seat facing the direction of travel.

Tip! With a folded size of only 22cm, it doesn't take up much space and can also be placed next to you.

By the way: The safest way to get out is backwards, with one hand on the bus and the other on the walker.

What is the legal warranty?
