Warranty and statutory warranty
When purchasing the TOPRO Troja 5G, you benefit from both statutory warranty rights and the additional 7-year commercial TOPRO warranty.
2-year statutory warranty
The TOPRO Troja 5G is covered by statutory warranty rights under EU law and national legislation. The statutory warranty period is generally 2 years from the delivery date, unless the applicable national law provides for a longer period.
Statutory warranty rights exist independently of TOPRO's additional commercial warranty.
7-year TOPRO warranty
TOPRO also offers a 7-year commercial warranty on Rollator Walker models. The warranty applies to structural and safety-related components, as well as defects affecting safety and durability that were not caused by normal wear and tear.
The commercial warranty excludes, in particular, normal wear parts such as brake pads, brake cables, wheels, tires, seats, handles, and shopping bags or baskets. It also excludes, among other things, damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper use, unauthorized spare parts or accessories, and unauthorized modifications or repairs.
The 7-year commercial warranty applies from the date of purchase and exclusively to the original owner. A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for a warranty claim. The Rollator Walker must be used and maintained in accordance with the instructions for use.
Warranty claims are generally handled through the dealer from whom the Rollator Walker was purchased. To assess a warranty claim, proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and the product or component concerned are required.
The commercial TOPRO warranty applies in addition to statutory warranty rights and does not limit them. Repairs or replacement under the commercial warranty do not extend or renew the warranty period.
