Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is calculated from the day,

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may also use the following withdrawal form to submit your withdrawal to us. However, using the form is not mandatory. After receiving your withdrawal, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt (e.g., by email).

Please include your order number and the item you wish to withdraw in your message. This will help us to quickly assign and process your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Note: Please ensure that you return each item in the condition in which you received it. This means that new items must also be new, unused, and complete when you return them. Used items must not show any additional signs of use or damage. This also applies to the packaging. Please unpack the package carefully and do not seal it excessively when returning it. Otherwise, a full refund cannot be guaranteed.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or Expiry Reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the contract but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the contract conclusion and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control;

- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
