Stabilizing knee bandage for knee problems
GenuTrain P3 stabilizes the kneecap when standing upright or sideways using a special functional cushion, a side wedge and corrective reins. Alternating pressure massage helps reduce swelling, relieves pain and improves coordination. In addition, GenuTrain P3 gives your knee the security it needs for movement that promotes healing.

Guide for the kneecap
Special features of the knee, such as a high or sideways position of the kneecap, as well as overloading, can lead to pain in the front of the knee. To relieve the pain and speed up the healing process, it may make sense to stabilize the knee joint.
GenuTrain P3 has a specially shaped functional cushion. It relieves pressure on the kneecap during movement along with guiding the corrective pull and keeps it in the correct sliding path. A side wedge relieves the strain on the ligaments that exert tension on the kneecap. Thanks to its anatomical shape, the GenuTrain P3 sits comfortably and holds its position securely.
To keep moving
GenuTrain P3 activates the leg muscles and improves their coordination. To do this, it exerts alternating pressure during movement, which improves the perception of movement. The bandage promotes metabolism, reduces swelling and helps relieve pain.
This allows your knee to recover during movement and accelerates muscle building. The GenuTrain P3 therefore counteracts diseases of the kneecap or irritation of the knee joint. It allows you to start physiotherapy and gentle training early.

care instructions
All Train active sanitary pads can be washed separately in the washing machine at 30 °C with liquid detergent. Please note the following Hints:
- For products with Velcro fasteners, remove them if possible or attach them firmly to the intended location. If possible, pads or rails should also be removed before washing.
- It is recommended to use a washing net (spin cycle: maximum 500 revolutions per minute). Dry your Train active bandage in the air and not in the dryer, otherwise the fabric could be damaged.
Please wash your Train active bandage regularly to maintain the compression of the fabric.
